Wubin earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Beijing Technology & Business University and received a Master in Economic Jurisprudence from China University of Political Science and Law. She qualified as a patent attorney in 2000 and as an Attorney-at-Law in 2002.

Wubin has considerable experience in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. Her practice primarily involves patent and trademark prosecution, patent invalidation, trademark opposition and cancellation, copyright registration, domain name disputes, Customs’ Recordal of Intellectual Property rights and Customs’ action, due diligence, freedom-to-operate searches, licenses, administrative action against the decision of Patent Re-examination Board and Trademark Review and Adjudication Board, civil action and raid action against the infringement of patent, trademark and copyright rights, and unfair competition. Wubin successfully represented the clients before the Courts in different levels and jurisdictions including the Supreme People’s Court and some of her cases were awarded as classic cases in the circle. Before she joined HNC, she had been senior manager and director of leading firms in China and Hong Kong.

Wubin has worked in Mainland China and Hong Kong, and her working languages are English and Chinese.
