Binsheng Cui earned a Bachelor’s degree in Internal Combustion Engine from Wuhan Naval Engineering University. He qualified as a patent attorney in 1988 and as an Attorney-at-Law in 1997.
Bingsheng has been the managing director of Qingdao office since 2001 and has extensive experience on all aspects of patent works which are not limited to patent prosecution, invalidation, enforcement, license and searches. He serves a lot of very famous domestic companies.
Binsheng is a member of the All-China Patent Agents Association. His working languages are English and Chinese.
