Bingli Yang earned a Bachelor’s degree in Textile from Qingdao University in 1985. He qualified as a patent attorney in 1985.
Bingli is the associate director of Qingdao office and has extensive experience on all aspects of patent works which are not limited to patent prosecution, invalidation, enforcement, license and searches. He specializes in the textile and mechanical fields and serves a lot of very famous domestic companies.
Bingli is a member of the All-China Patent Agents Association. His working languages are English and Chinese.
